Christams 2019 Delivery Schedule 

Christmas is a very busy time of year. You have so many things to juggle, the last thing you want to worry about is your whether or not your Christmas shopping will arrive in time.

We never want to dissapoint. Want to make sure you get your order in time for Christmas? Great! We want to make sure that you get it. Here's what you need to know in order to make sure you get your gear before st. Nick make's his appearance.

Please note that all delivery times below are subject to stock availability as well as where in South Africa you are based.

Place any order on or before the 17th of December 2019, and we will guarantee that you will get your order in time for Christmas. 

Coastal Deliveries

Order and pay before 18th December, 13h00.

Inland Main Centres

Order and pay before 19th December, 13h00

Regional Deliveries

Order and pay before 17th December, 13h00

Please note that we only ship orders once we have confirmation of payment. Please if you select Bank Deposit as your preferred payment method, you can either send up a proof of payment to sales@planethockey.co.za or we will have to wait for the money to reflect in our account before we can ship your order.

We will of course do whatever we can to get your order to you as soon as we can and will continue to ship orders off until the 20th of December when we will be closing for the festive break. We will reopen on the 6th of January and begin shipping off any orders placed in that festive / new years period immediately once we open.

What does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on all parcels over R1000. This applies to orders delivered in South Africa only. Any order under the value of R1000 will be charged a flat delivery fee of R100.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to major centres may take up to 48 hours for any parcel having an actual and volumetric weight of under 2KG (this includes one or two hockey sticks) while bigger parcels may take up to 3 to 5 working days to be delivered. Costal or regional areas for orders with a actual or volumetric weight of under 2KG may take up to 48 hours while bigger parcels may take up to 5 working days to be delivered.

Can I ship my parcel outside of South Africa?

We currently only offer shipments to neighbouring countries. Please contact us directly for more information regarding international deliveries.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately the delivery address given at checkout is final.If there is a problem with the address that the delivery will be made to please contact us (include your name and order number) and our staff will do their best to assist you.

What if I missed the delivery?

If your delivery was not made through no fault of ours (e.g. you were not home, unable to accept delivery etc.) we will attempt a second delivery and we or our courier may try to make contact with you to try to arrange a delivery time that would best suit you.

Who can sign for my order?

We offer a to-door delivery service. That means that the parcel is delivered to the address provided and not the person. What this means is that if the parcel is delivered to the address and you are not available to accept it, it may be delivered to anyone at the address i.e. receptionist, security etc.Please ensure that someone you trust is at the address provided to accept the parcel.

What address should I use?

We delivery anywhere in South Africa to any address excluding P.O. Boxes. This means that you can use your work address or home address or any address that would best suit you.
