What does delivery cost?

Domestic Delivery

We have two delivery options for Domestic Shipments. You can select a to-door courier or Pargo - Click and Collect.

For Pargo - Click and Collect, we offer free delivery for any order over R250. For any order under R250, there will be a flat fee of R75 for the shipment nationwide. Pargo is currently only available for delivery within South Africa.

To-Door courier, we offer free delivery on all parcels over R1000. This applies to orders delivered in South Africa only. Any order under the value of R1000 will be charged a flat delivery fee of R100 for delivery within South Africa.

International Deliveries

For deliveries outside of South Africa, the price of delivery will be calculated at checkout. We have multiple options available for you to choose from depending on your needs. We currently offer delivery to a wide range of countries.

All VAT, Duties, Freight Costs & Currency costs are excluded in the price on the site. Once your parcel has been cleared through Customs, you will be liable for any additional charges.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic Delivery

Delivery can take between two to four business days for delivery to any major centres.

Regional and remote areas may take longer for delivery. 

Pargo - Click and Collect

Normally delivery will take 2 to 5 days from the time the parcel has been dropped off. Delivery to and from some smaller regional areas might take a bit longer.

What are order cut off times?

All orders placed before 12:30 will be processed on the same day as the order was placed. Any order placed after 12:30 cannot be guaranteed to be shipped off on the same day as the order being placed.

Should an order be placed after the cut-off time, it will be shipped off the following business day.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address as the delivery information has been handed over to the courier.

For Pargo - Click and Collect orders once the order has been shipped off we can unfortunately not change the delivery address. 

What if I missed the delivery?

To-Door Courier

If your delivery was not made through any fault of ours (e.g. you were not home, unable to accept delivery etc.), we will attempt a second delivery. We or our courier may try to make contact with you to try to arrange a delivery time that would best suit you.

If the second delivery is missed, your parcel will be taken to the local courier branch. If this is the case, you will need to get in touch with us, or the local courier branch to make arrangements to have the parcel delivered. You can get in touch with us to put you in touch with your local courier branch.

Pargo - Click and Collect

Your order will be held at your selected Pargo Pickup Point for eight days after you have received the SMS to let you know your order is ready to be picked up. After these eight days, if you have not yet picked up your order, the parcel will be sent back to us.

Who can sign for my order?

To-Door Courier

We offer a to-door delivery service. That means that the parcel is delivered to the address provided and not the person. What this means is that if the parcel is delivered to the address and you are not available to accept it, it may be delivered to anyone at the address i.e. receptionist, security etc. Please ensure that someone you trust is at the address provided to accept the parcel.

Pargo - Click and Collect

Anyone can collect your parcel for you. They will however need your ID (or a copy of your ID) as well as the unique Pargo Code that will be sent through to you via SMS to collect the parcel.

What address should I use?

We can make delivery to any address except P.O. Boxes.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm. Please ensure that you use an address that you, or someone that you trust, can sign for your parcel.
